For more than 30 years “Teacher Chang” has accompanied many people to go through every stage of their life. From the teenagers, who mull over the meaning of life, search for self-value, have curiosity for the opposite gender, pressure to enter a higher level of education, to the adults and their fear of entering society, their interests and conflicts at work, concerns about getting married and having children, parenting concerns and parenting problems, to the middle age group who are just entering their empty nest stage, passing through a mid-life crisis, marital problems, pressures of transforming careers, to the senior age group and their fear of fading youth and loss of abilities, etc. We have been caring and accompanying all of you who have been through your low tides in life or suffered loses. We provide care year round without break and sow our seeds of love to every corner of the society. 
From the time when “Teacher Chang” received the authorization from the government, and assisted the government in providing social welfare services until 1999, when the Ministry of Interior suspended subsidy so that we must be self-sufficient, we have never stopped caring for our society, nor have we discontinued our “Teacher Chang” counseling services. We have insisted on maintaining the quality of our service. Our hope is to serve society whenever people need us.
