Each local “Teacher Chang” branch provides various study and training opportunities including lectures about mental health, Psychology Education Center (心理學苑) learning programs, guidance training and professional studies.

• Mental health lectures: 
  “Teacher Chang” provides mental health education systematically for the purpose of promoting mental health through various means, such as lectures and discussion groups among teenagers, young laborers, and the community in general.
  
• Psychology Education Center learning programs: 
  This center provides winter and summer camps for children and youngsters. In addition, it offers occasional courses in self-exploring, gender issues, interpersonal relationships, parenting, etc., to provide self-growth opportunities for people within the community.
  
• Guidance training and professional studies: 
  Regularly provides “Teacher Chang” volunteer training and holds different types of social work and guidance training courses at suitable times to cultivate our understanding social welfare and guidance personnel.
