一、目　　的Purpose：為提供海內外華裔青(少)年暑期參加國內休閒活動，提供青(少)年交流機會、學習中華傳統國粹、藝術，藉以認識中華歷史文化及瞭解台灣發展實況。

The purpose of Taiwan Study Tour is  to provide opportunities for international youth to understand Taiwanese Culture, Chinese Traditional Arts and History, and Development of Taiwan.

二、主辦單位Organizer：中國青年救國團China Youth Corps

三、對　　象Participants：凡身心健康之海內外華裔青(少)年，年齡在12歲(含)以上，20歲(含)以下者皆可報名參加。 It opens for those participants age between 12 and 20 with good health.

四、活動日期Dates：2011年7月1日（星期五）至7月14日（星期四） 

From 1st of July (Friday) to 14th of July (Thursday)

五、活動地點Places：劍潭海外青年活動中心(台北市中山北路4段16號)及台灣各地

六、參加名額Numbers of participants：青(少)年：200人（額滿為止），欲陪同家長：38人（額滿為止）

                                       200 youth participants & 38 accompanies parents, 238 people in total

七、活動內容Contents：民俗技藝研習、傳統國粹學習、藝術文化、經濟建設參訪、遊覽寶島名勝古蹟、團康活動、體驗台灣鄉土小吃、交流聯誼等知性及探索活動。

Chinese Traditional Arts Lecture & DIY, Travelling in Taiwan, Experience Taiwanese traditional Food in Night Market, Appreciation of Folk Arts....etc. 

八、報名日期Deadline：即日起至2011年5月31日止。 From now to 31st of May

九、費    用Fee：青(少)年每人新台幣29,700元(美金1,025元)。家長每人新台幣33,990元(美金1170元)(住宿為2人房)。(含活動期間之膳宿、交通、門票、行政事務及保險(本活動已由本單位轉介(救國團所屬)中國青年旅行社出團並投保旅行業責任保險為200萬元意外責任險及3萬元意外醫療險)。

Registration fee：NT $29,700 (US $ 1025) / for students; NT$33,990/ for parents (US $ 1170) (This fee will include room and board, ground transportation, admission fee, administrative expenses, and activity insurances. Each participant will be insured accidental insurance of NT$ 2 million and accidental medical insurance of NT$ 30 thousand.

(團員之往返機票、個人行李搬運費、零用金、旅遊平安險、醫療保險及醫療費用等自行負擔。)

Round-trip flight ticket, baggage fee, pocket money, travel insurance, medical insurance and medical payment will not be included in registration fee.

十一、報名暨繳費方式Payment & Application：報名時請繳清費用。

（一）以新台幣報名繳費，請使用郵局劃撥繳納，並將劃撥收據影本﹝正本自行保留﹞連同報名表掛號寄送「台北市（10422）中山區松江路219號活動處收」。中華郵政劃撥帳號14727124，戶名：救國團活動收費專戶。

（二）以美金報名繳費，支票抬頭請開「 China Youth Corps 」 (支票種類限旅行支票Only Traveler Check, Money Order or Cashier check with the title of ‘China Youth Corps’ will be accepted )。連同報名表寄送本團各海外服務處彙整後逕寄：「台北市（10422）中山區松江路219號 活動處收」。Please mail your document with check to oversea office or CYC headquarter-19, Sung Chaing Road, Taipei, Taiwan R.O.C (China Youth Corps)

（三）繳費錄取後因故不能參加者，必須扣除所繳費用中之美金105元(新台幣3,000元)行政手續費。

Those who want to withdraw after the submission of registration fee and the notice of acceptance will be taken US $ 105(NT$3,000) away from his/her total amount as executive expenses.

（四）活動開始後，中途離隊退出活動或未能及時參加已排定之活動項目，視為自願放棄權利，不得請求退費或任何補償。

Those who drop out of the camp or miss any of arranged activities during the camp would not claim the refund or remuneration.

十三、附　則：活動申請人(即學員)請詳閱本附則內容，以保障個人權益。

Full comprehension of the following is required in order to ensure the prerogative of the applicant (hereby ‘student’)

(一)參加活動之學員如有特殊疾病(如心臟病、心血管疾病、糖尿病、愛滋病、高血壓、精神病、癲癇症及其他嚴重之傳染疾病等)不得參加，否則病患如因此發生意外事故須自行負責。

Students with any special diseases, including Heart Disease, Cardio-vascular diseases, Diabetes, AIDS, Hypertension, Lunacy, Epilepsy, and other seriously contagious diseases are NOT REQUIRED TO ATTEND in case of any morbific contingencies. Otherwise, patients will be personally responsible for any consequences.

(二)參加活動之學員應於出發前在當地辦妥個人醫療保險，如未依規定辦理者，一律不接受報到。

Students are advised to purchase personal medical insurance at the place of their residence by the day of registration. Registration without certificate of medical insurance will NOT be accepted.

(三)在台活動期間如因疾病就醫治療，須自行負擔醫藥費，學員及家長不得向主辦單位提出任何要求。

Requests to CYC for the coverage of students’ medical expenses during their stay in Taiwan will be invalid.

(四)參加活動之學員應無異議接受分配組別，經確定後，不得藉任何理由要求更改。

The assignment of individuals to a particular group shall be made by CYC and agreed among students. Changes will be rejected once the assignment is done.

(五)參加活動之學員如有提早報到或延後離營，其所需膳宿、交通等費用請自理。

Students shall be responsible for the expense of meals, accommodations, ground transportation in case of any personal needs for early arrival before or late withdrawal after this camp.

(六)團體活動期間必須守時，遵守紀律，非經請假獲准不得無故缺席。

Students have to be punctual and disciplined during their stay in this camp. Absence will NOT be allowed without permission.

(七)活動期間禁止飲酒、賭博、滋事、及吸食毒品、迷幻藥等。學員於晚點名後，不得逗留於異性房間內。

Alcohol, gambling, affrays, and illicit drug taking are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. No lingering is allowed in the room of opposite sex after curfew.

(八)學員在活動期間不接受輔導或不遵守規定事項，致發生意外事故，須自行負責，主辦單位除有重大過失外，對該學員不負任何賠償責任。如有任何爭議皆依中華民國法律處理。

CYC, without any signal gaffes in its administration of this camp, will be reluctant to take any responsibilities for contingencies that are caused and supposed to be borne by students who do not receive any counsel from counselors or abide by rules during their stay in this camp. Any disputes will be appealed to the Law of Taiwan, Republic of China.

(九)學員於活動期間發生任何意外事故，主辦單位僅就其故意過失部份負責。

CYC will be only responsible for its delinquent part of the contingency that happens to students during their stay in this camp.

(十)學員因違法之行為或其它可歸責於學員之事由，致遭政府機關羈押或留置時，應由該團員自行負責，與主辦單位無關，並應負責賠償本活動主辦單位因此所受之一切損害。

Students who commit offenses and are jailed or detained by the bureau of R.O.C. should bear responsibilities, independently of CYC, for their contraventions and indemnify CYC for the detriment of its welfare.

(十一)學員因故須提前離團時，必須提出家長許可文件並辦妥有關離團手續且不得請求退還已付費用外，學員離團後一切行為應自行負責，與主辦單位無關。

   Personal withdrawal with a special reason from this camp cannot be granted WITHOUT parental permission and completion of procedural routine. Meanwhile, a request for refund is NOT acceptable. Once the whole completion is done, students will act independently of CYC.

(十二)學員攜帶行李應力求簡便，不得攜帶任何違禁品及保育類動物製品。

Students should carry light and simple luggage without any contraband and products made of endangered animals.
