1. Social Branch Voluntary Services

Promote volunteer services to the community, the elderly, women and children, the handicapped minority groups.

Provide urgent financial aids among adolescents and underprivileged groups, organize various social and nonprofit services for the benefit of society.

2. School Branch Voluntary Services

Offer educational training for student clubs and class cadres, arrange student club interactions, arrange field trips, give guidance and foster talented youth.  Promote cross-strait youth cultural and educational exchange so as to broaden their view.

3. Publication for Youth

Publish first-rate periodicals and books of general interest, arts, literature, science, spiritual inspiration, counseling, and career guidance for young readers.

4. Institute for Advanced Social Studies and Researches

Combine social resources to organize seminars on public agenda, accept diverse program training courses, workshops, and activities committed from both public and private sectors.

5. Counseling Service

Establish 10 “Teacher Chang” Counseling Centers and 4 District Counseling Centers across Taiwan, and set up “1980 Help-line”, providing counseling service, mental health education programs, and counselor professional training programs.

6. Recreational and Traveling Activities

Arrange weekend and holiday recreational and leisure activities, domestic and overseas traveling for general public.

7. Summer and Winter Vacation recreational Activities

Arrange summer and winter vacation recreational and leisure activities, domestic and overseas traveling, and overseas study tours for the youth.  Arrange overseas Chinese youth visits and study tours to Taiwan.

8. Social Education Study Programs

Establish “Social Education Center” in every county task committee, student hostel of the Corps, and the subordinate China Youth Service Association, providing various programs in languages, computer, arts and crafts, music, and physical fitness for general public.

9. Adventure Education

Promote Adventure Education training, planning and consulting services.  Offer employee training programs for business, industries, and civil associations.
